How refund requests are handled for Channel Launchpad digital products and research services.
Digital products are delivered electronically. Because access can be provided immediately after purchase, change-of-mind refunds may be limited once the product has been successfully delivered or accessed. If you are charged twice, do not receive access, or experience a delivery problem we cannot resolve, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.
Research services involve work prepared for an individual order. Refund eligibility may be limited after research has begun or after a report has been delivered. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to discuss an order.
Any rights provided by applicable law or the approved payment provider continue to apply. Where those requirements provide a remedy that differs from this policy, the applicable requirement takes precedence.
