2. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, message, selected research product, checkout details, and information needed to deliver a research report. The free interactive planner stores planning answers in your browser by default. If you choose Email My Planner, your email address and the planner content needed to create and send your requested copy are transmitted to our email-delivery service. We may also receive technical information such as browser type, device data, and basic site usage information.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to messages, process orders, deliver research products, deliver planners you request by email, maintain website security, measure lead-source performance, improve the product experience, send marketing only where separately authorized, and comply with applicable legal or platform requirements.
4. Third-party services
We may use third-party providers for hosting, form handling, checkout, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and public research data access. When you request planner delivery, our email provider processes the email address and planner copy required to send that transactional message. If you separately opt in to Channel Launchpad updates, your email address may also be added to our marketing contact list. Those providers process information according to their own policies.
5. Payment information
Payment details are handled by the payment provider used at checkout. We do not need to store full card numbers on this website.
6. Data retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including customer support, delivery records, security, accounting, or legal requirements.
7. Planner delivery and marketing consent
Requesting an emailed planner authorizes a transactional delivery of the planner files you created. It does not by itself subscribe you to marketing. Marketing messages are sent only when you select the separate optional consent box. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe controls provided in those messages. Planner delivery logs may retain limited delivery metadata for security, troubleshooting, and measurement; the interactive planner itself continues to autosave locally in your browser.
8. Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, dispute, or security purposes.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no website, online service, or transmission method is completely secure.
10. Children
Channel Launchpad is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
