Your audience and pillars become the inputs, so the ideas stay connected to the channel promise.
The matrix gives you a starting structure—not locked answers. Rewrite titles until they fit your voice and niche.
Choose, prioritize, and reorder the ideas you actually want to develop first.
Give the planner enough context to keep the ideas connected to the channel you actually want to build.
These become demand-led inputs for your content ideas. Start with five; add more if useful.
Good inputs sound like real questions: “How do I choose a niche?” “Why is my channel getting no views?” “What should I publish first?”
Each pillar should be specific enough to guide ideas but broad enough to support multiple videos. Five pillars create the full 30-idea matrix; three or four pillars create 18 or 24 ideas without forcing artificial topics.
If two pillars would contain the same videos, tighten them. If one pillar can only support two or three videos, broaden it.
Five pillars × six repeatable video angles. Edit every title until it feels specific enough to publish.
Select ideas from the matrix, then use the arrows to build the sequence you want to develop first.
Go back to the 30-idea matrix and choose the ideas you want in your first sequence.
